Such an irresistibly simple valentine's day garland. The doilies are from Hobby Lobby for $1.49 and the ribbon is some I already had from Hobby Lobby for $.99. First hang the ribbon where you would like the garland, then hot glue the doilies on. (so doilies aren't flip flopped) Ta-Da! So easy.
